Who can apply for the Navarra Fishing license
All Spanish or foreign people with legal residence (they must have Nie). The necessary documents to request the fishing license in the Foral Community are:
- Application filled with personal data.
- Dni or Nie.
- For those under 14 years of age: an updated passport-size photograph.
- Declaration of not being disabled for the exercise of fishing.
- Written authorization, in the case of minors, from the person who legally represents them.
- Also for those under 14 years of age: an updated passport-size photograph.

To obtain the fishing license in Navarra you can do with and without digital certificate, the difference that with a digital certificate you can pay the fees with a charge to the bank account and WITHOUT you can only pay with a card. Guide to Get the Fishing License in Navarra – Online
Step 1 - Enter the websites of procedures in Navarra. You have 3 Options, pulsa in the one that suits you:
- Ask for duplicate.
- Request the first license WITH Digital certificate
- Request the first license Shipping Costs digital key, but you have to have a tdue or credit card.
Step 2.1 - In the case of pressing with a digital certificate, this screen will appear. Choose the option you want.
Step 2.2 - This option is if you do not have a digital certificate. Put your Dni or Nie and Country. And click on Continue.
Step 3 – Click on Continue.
Step 4 – Fill in the form with your data. Click on the Acceptance of conditions and Click Continue.
Step 5 – Click on Continue.
Step 6 – Choose how you want to pay.
Step 7 - In the case of clicking on Card Payment, this screen will appear. Put your card and click Pay.
Step 8 - once paid. Download your fishing license.

Renew Navarre fishing license
